Many men go fishing their whole lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after. -Thoreau
I am extremely fortunate to live and work inside Yosemite National Park. I get to hike, swim, backpack, bird watch, and even golf as much as i want right outside my front door. However, I have never felt as connected to nature than when I’m out on the water with my fly rod. Hearing and feeling the water, observing a native rainbow in the far reaches of the backcountry, or studying insects along the bank of the river…nothing compares to fly fishing.
